1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to fmplay, an online gaming platform licensed and regulated under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions," or "Agreement") establish the legal framework governing your relationship with fmplay and your use of all services, products, games, and features available through the fmplay website located at fmplay.cam (the "Platform," "Website," or "Service").

By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or otherwise using any part of the fmplay Service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all incorporated policies including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent that you are not subject to any legal disability, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement. You further warrant that participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not violating any applicable local, provincial, or national laws by using the fmplay Platform.

2.4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the fmplay Platform. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, valid email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party and to immediately notify fmplay of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and account actions.

3.2 Account Verification

fmplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and gaming
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent or manipulative gameplay
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the Platform for money laundering
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or offensive conduct toward other players or staff
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

fmplay accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (InstaPay and PESONet), over-the-counter payments at authorized retail locations, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. fmplay does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment processors may apply their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash (5-15 minutes), bank transfer (same business day if requested before 3:00 PM Philippine Time, next business day otherwise), and cryptocurrency (15-60 minutes depending on blockchain congestion). Withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 in a single transaction may require additional verification and processing time. fmplay reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

Funds deposited with the intention of claiming a bonus are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal requests made before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Deposits used to claim bonuses must be wagered at least one (1) time on eligible games before the original deposit amount becomes withdrawable.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

fmplay operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. 5. Gameplay, Wagers, and Game Rules

In no event shall fmplay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failures, or any other damages even if fmplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages. fmplay's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the fmplay Platform or our services, you must first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate all complaints promptly and respond within seventy-two (72) hours. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department.

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

fmplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Use of the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Multiple account violations
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding voided bonuses or fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12.3 Waiver

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of fmplay. fmplay may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and fmplay regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings.
